Thad

Thad GlowackiDirector of Investments

Prior to joining Edgehill Endowment Partners, Thad was a Partner at Mangham Associates, an outsourced chief investment office located in Charlottesville, VA that serves endowments, foundations, and select family offices.  He was a senior member of the investment team reporting directly to the founder and chief investment officer.  Thad was responsible for sourcing, screening, due diligence, ongoing evaluation and monitoring, and analytics related to external investment managers across asset classes.  He also participated in all client portfolio management decisions and led the firm’s client service efforts.  Prior to Mangham Associates, Thad worked for lower middle-market private equity firm Harren Equity Partners and practiced law with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.  He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley.  Thad graduated with a B.A. summa cum laude from Dartmouth College where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and earned a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.  He is admitted to the New York bar.
Momo

Yujie (Momo) WangQuantitative Investment Analyst

Yujie (Momo) Wang is from the People’s Republic of China.  She graduated summa cum laude in May 2016 from Sewanee: The University of the South where she received a BA in both math (with honors) and economics, along with a business minor.  During her time at Sewanee, Momo was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.  She was an active member of the investment club and the OCCU—Organization of Cross Cultural Understanding.   Momo joined Edgehill following her graduation.   She is engaged in quantitative investment research activities at Edgehill.

Matt

Matthew J. KoganChief Operating Officer & Chief Compliance Officer

Matt oversees operations and compliance, working closely with Edgehill’s team and clients to build the business infrastructure and support financial processes. Prior to Edgehill, Matt served as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at Bryn Mawr Capital Management, a market neutral hedge fund, with responsibility for global operations, portfolio finance, accounting  and currency hedging.  Previously, Matt worked in management roles in the business and legal divisions at The Vanguard Group, and also served as Executive Vice President at FMA Advisory, providing strategic wealth management to families and small institutions.  He began his career at Pepper Hamilton LLP as a corporate attorney.  Matt graduated with a B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, earned a J.D. from Villanova School of Law, and completed The Wharton School’s Finance & Accounting Program at the University of Pennsylvania.  Additionally, he holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst℠ (CAIA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designations.

Ken ColabellaChief Financial Officer

Ken works closely with each client’s finance or treasury staff and coordinates with Edgehill’s fund administrator to ensure accurate investment accounting and investment performance reporting.  Ken also is responsible for Edgehill’s business management functions.  Ken is a Certified Public Accountant and managed an independent practice for nearly 30 years, undertaking accounting, tax preparation, financial statement preparation, and financial planning for mid-size businesses, start-up companies and individuals.  For five years he was an SEC Registered Investment Adviser.  Prior to establishing an independent practice, he was an auditor with Deloitte.  He received a BS in Accounting from NYU and an MBA from Southern Connecticut State University.

Christin SandweissDirector of Operations & Client Services

Christin is engaged in client research and outreach, and leads the transition of new client accounts.  Prior to joining Edgehill, Christin headed the Inaugural Office for the 2013 inauguration of Yale President, Peter Salovey.  She was the Director of Development and Communications for the Yale-China Association during the 50th anniversary of a collaborative program with New Asia College at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.  Christin worked for a decade in Yale University’s Office of Development, culminating her tenure as a Senior Major Gifts Officer with a focus on developing women prospects.  Christin serves on non-profit boards including Friends Center for Children and Neighborhood Music School.  She received her BA in Anthropology from Vanderbilt University.
