Thad GlowackiDirector of Investments

Prior to joining Edgehill Endowment Partners, Thad was a Partner at Mangham Associates, an outsourced chief investment office located in Charlottesville, VA that serves endowments, foundations, and select family offices. He was a senior member of the investment team reporting directly to the founder and chief investment officer. Thad was responsible for sourcing, screening, due diligence, ongoing evaluation and monitoring, and analytics related to external investment managers across asset classes. He also participated in all client portfolio management decisions and led the firm’s client service efforts. Prior to Mangham Associates, Thad worked for lower middle-market private equity firm Harren Equity Partners and practiced law with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley. Thad graduated with a B.A. summa cum laude from Dartmouth College where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and earned a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.

John A. FelixSenior Investment Analyst

Prior to joining Edgehill Endowment Partners, John was an Investment Analyst at Washington University Investment Management Company (WUIMC), the $8 billion investment arm of Washington University in St. Louis. Prior to WUIMC, John worked as a trading intern at Blue Ridge Capital for several years throughout college. John graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration with majors in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.



Operations Team


Matthew J. KoganChief Operating Officer & Chief Compliance Officer

Matt oversees operations and compliance, working closely with Edgehill’s team and clients to build the business infrastructure and support financial processes. Prior to Edgehill, Matt served as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at Bryn Mawr Capital Management, a market neutral hedge fund, with responsibility for global operations, portfolio finance, accounting  and currency hedging. Previously, Matt worked in management roles in the business and legal divisions at The Vanguard Group, and also served as Executive Vice President at FMA Advisory, providing strategic wealth management to families and small institutions. He began his career at Pepper Hamilton LLP as a corporate attorney. Matt graduated with a B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, earned a J.D. from Villanova School of Law, and completed The Wharton School’s Finance & Accounting Program at the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, he holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst℠ (CAIA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designations.


Ken ColabellaChief Financial Officer

Ken works closely with each client’s finance or treasury staff and coordinates with Edgehill’s fund administrator to ensure accurate investment accounting and investment performance reporting. Ken also is responsible for Edgehill’s business management functions. Ken is a Certified Public Accountant and managed an independent practice for nearly 30 years, undertaking accounting, tax preparation, financial statement preparation, and financial planning for mid-size businesses, start-up companies and individuals. For five years he was an SEC Registered Investment Adviser. Prior to establishing an independent practice, he was an auditor with Deloitte. He received a B.S. in Accounting from NYU and an M.B.A. from Southern Connecticut State University.


Christin SandweissDirector of Client Services

Prior to joining Edgehill, Christin had a career of managing relationships and leading detail-oriented operations. She headed the Inaugural Office for the 2013 Inauguration of Yale President, Peter Salovey. Christin was the Director of Development and Communications for the Yale-China Association during the 50th anniversary of a collaborative program with New Asia College at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Christin worked for a decade in Yale University’s Office of Development, culminating her tenure as a Senior Major Gifts Officer with a focus on developing women Major Gift prospects. She serves on the board of the New Haven Lawn Club Preservation Trust and formerly served on the boards of the Friends Center for Children, the Neighborhood Music School and The Mory’s Association. She was a member of the operational group during the relaunch of Mory’s in 2010. She received her B.A. in Anthropology from Vanderbilt University.


Tara MerloneDirector of Operations

Prior to joining the Edgehill team, Tara was an Assistant Vice President of Operations at Basso Capital Management, a Stamford, CT based hedge fund, where she worked directly on the trading floor supporting the traders and portfolio managers of the firm with their operational needs. She was primarily involved in over-the- counter trade settlements and confirmations, collateral management, and wire activity. Tara began her career working for International Fund Services (IFS), a third-party fund administrator located in New York, where she was a Supervisor of Middle Office Operations and serviced various multi-strategy investment management firms. Tara graduated summa cum laude from Fairfield University where she obtained a B.S. in Finance and M.B.A. in International Business.

Meghan BudriesAdministrative Assistant

Meg operates as the integral hub between cross functional teams at Edgehill. Prior to joining the Edgehill team, Meg worked with product development and strategy at Servcorp and CoStar spearheading intensive projects that streamlined product efficiency and client communication. With a significant interest in Commercial Real Estate and Investments, Meg graduated with a B.S. from Bryant University concentrating in Finance and Entrepreneurship as well as at the University of Sydney, focusing on Capital Markets and Economics.
